Water-Mediated Interactions in Protein Complexes

Images of protein complexes in water mediated solutions

About this research opportunity

Learn to execute and analyze molecular simulations on high performance computers and investigate whether water can act as a glue between proteins to stabilize complexes.

This research experience is ideal for ASU Online students majoring in natural sciences to gain applied computational skills. The experience will be offered in spring 2024 session B.

This experience is not a course, but accepted ASU Online students could request for 1 research credit hour.
